Ines Lamata was introduced to a world of wonders while visiting her brother in the Philippines several years ago. Situated along Hinoba-an and Sipalay of Negros Occidental, this hidden gem was everything Ines could want for. Stunning rock formations and lush vegetation opened up into a breathtaking view of the sea. The sparkling sandy beach sit perfectly within the cresent-shaped cove. She fell in love at first sight and dreamed of building a home in it one day just like her brother had. Ines went home to Madrid, Spain but wasted no time in bringing her dream to life. By 2008, the vacation home was built. Six years later, Ines Lamata’s niece, Cristina Corro took over the place and opened the doors to the world that was once just a dream. She named that world the Nabulao Beach Resort.
Nabulao Beach Resort is a well-balanced combination of sorts. It is wild, yet tamed. It is strong yet subtle. It takes you far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city but near enough for an experience worth every minute of your time. The Spanish-inspired structure in the middle of the surrounding beauty, designed by Ines Lamata and Architect Edwin Naraso, sets the elegance and dreaminess of the place. Outside, you can just soak up the sun and listen to your laughter ripple along with the waves of the sea. You can laze by the pool or have a relaxing time in the jacuzzi. You can watch as the sun settles behind the clouds before the darkness fills the night. For the more adventurous ones, the resort offers fun choices of water sports such as jet skiing, banana boat ride, kayaking and island hopping to name a few. But that’s just a regular day. What makes your stay truly special is the warmth of the smiles that welcome you at the door. The staff of the resort takes pleasure in making your stay just the way you expect it to be. And more.
